When will my order ship?Most orders will ship out within 5 business days of transaction completion.

How do I care for my Sailin' Away apparel?Due to the pigment dying process, all Sailin' Away apparel should be washed with like colors in cold water prior to being worn. This will diminish the chances of color bleed. Tumble dry low.

Where does the optional donation at checkout go?Your donation, should you choose to participate, will go to the Platelet Disorder Support Association to help fund patient care and research for treatments and cures for ITP (Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura). Head over to the Our Story page to learn more about why we support this association. Visit their website at www.PDSA.org.

How do I cancel or change my order?If you need to cancel or change your order before it ships, please contact us at deckcrew@SailinAway.com. If you wish to change or cancel after shipment, you will need to follow the returns/exchange policies once you receive your merchandise (see below).

What if I want to exchange or return my items?Returns - If, for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed merchandise with a copy of the receipt for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. All original tags must still be attached. Please ship your item back to Sailin' Away, 168 Hwy 274 #108, Lake Wylie, SC 29710 with a copy of the receipt and we will process your refund in the original form of payment. We are unable to offer refunds for merchandise that has been used, worn, washed, or was bought on sale. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Exchanges - If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or for a different item altogether, please message us on our Customer Service page with details and mail your return to us at Sailin' Away, 168 Hwy 274 #108, Lake Wylie, SC 29710. Once we receive the item(s) for exchange, we will process the exchange for the new item(s) right away. All exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase and include a copy of the original receipt. Only new, unworn and unwashed merchandise with a receipt will be accepted for exchange. All exchanges will be for something of equal value. We are not able to offer exchanges on sale/last chance items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, as well as the shipping charged on the replacement item. Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items - It is our goal to only offer and ship out high quality merchandise free of any manufacturing defects; however, should you receive an item that is defective, we will be happy to replace it within 15 days of purchase. The defective item will be replaced, not refunded. Please message us through our Customer Service page to begin this process. Items that are defective due to incorrect washing or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a replacement. We cannot replace items that have been worn or washed, purchased with eGift Cards, or purchased as sale/last chance items. Items may be shipped back to us at: Sailin' Away ATTN: Returns 168 Hwy 274, #108 Lake Wylie, SC 29710 *Buyer is responsible for return shipping, as well as the shipping charged on the replacement item. Availability - Please note that if you order a certain item that is out of stock and will not be reordered, we will notify you and issue an immediate refund. Funds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank/card.
